Even if nothing happens you can always develop in perhaps 3-5 years. For now I think any speculators gong to get burned and building lots going to crash hard. I've still got a nice hilly 40 acre piece near Orlando probably will improve and subdivide down the road. Nothing selling at all anymore down here whether it is land or even homes.. See all the ads in WSJ and USA Today selling improved buildable lots and acreage tracts in new communities up your way? Seems many more have popped up of late..
