Someone is clearing a large tract of land and putting in roads in a wealthy area just north of me. They are less than a half mile from a large Toll Brothers project. You would think these guys might have noticed that TOL hasn't started a new house since last fall and appears to have stopped work and pulled equipment from the in-process homes! They also probably haven't noticed all the For Sale signs in the area. Funniest part is the TOL development is on a pothole filled dirt road and both are miles from any highway or...anything at all.
