imo icge is undervalued as you say. the business seems solid and eventually we will get paid. they have two problems.

first, is the overhang from the crash in which icge was one of the central culprits.
two, the story and the financial structure are complex. not many will take the time to understand all the angles.

one thing that moght break it open would be an ipo of a consolidated company like icg commerce in which icge shareholders got shares..

i didn't have a chance to listen to the presentation. will try to today..
