Wolfdog, a strong dollar is good for ELAMF as its revenues are denominated in US dollars and its expenses (payroll and untilities) are in Pesos. However, Mexican inflation is bad for ELAMF. Mexico just reported a robust growth rate of 4.5%. I doubt that had anything to do with the drop today, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. I know exactly why ELAMF dropped today. I'm making money on some other stocks so ELAMF thought it would try to neutralize things for me. I've been going sideways for the last month (it could be worse). If ELAMF hadn't had a bad day, I would have had a good day so . . . :o)
