Do you think prices have fallen there since late summer? Most are asking much more than comps from July-August in my area but we have no new single family construction anywhere near where I live.. One of many reasons why I am short in a big way. Can't imagine how bad it is where there is a lot of new construction in competition with you if you are trying to sell..

Heard from the Orlando area nothing is moving there either.. Here is what is strange. People who were buying at the courthouse steps have built up so much inventory they are not going again until they start selling what they already have. Yet foreclosures in bubble markets still at record lows. What will happen when we have a big spike in foreclosures in a couple of quarters and the REO's pile up on top of unsold builder inventory and exploding resale inventory? Looks very grim..
