So you want a press controlled by a PR effort? Explain yourself.

No, there are ~140,000 coalition troops over there doing SOMETHING every day. I want the coalition to make it known to the rest of the world exactly what they are doing. They must believe they are doing something constructive every day - and most of us have no idea what it is. The press can of course criticize/disagree/point out what they think is news, whatever, but the coalition activities should be getting more press as presented by the coalition. Basically, they need a better, larger PR department. If they are doing good things, shove them in front of the rest of the world on a daily basis.

I'm not saying that should exist in place of the press, just that the coalition should be much, much more proactive in encouraging the rest of the world to view their actions in a positive light. And much more pro-active in encouraging the rest of the world to view the "insurgents/Baathists/whatever" in a negative light.
