Earnings out - VOIP revenues and users growing nicely. What an interesting time to sell out to IDT! I don't have that many shares to make a fight worth it but I'm a bit surprised that there hasn't been a class action. The only thing keeping this company down at the moment is IDT's ownership. Even the current inept management could have gotten a better price if not burdened by IDT's statements of not willing to part with it's ownership. Something's wrong with the rules.
