The ONE WORD answer to your question is GLOBALIZATION!! We are probably the PREMIER pusher of Globalization thus unless we have GROUNDS to deny a country or company from operating in our universe we have no rights to have our CAKE if we wont EAT IT TOO.
If anyone wants to go to the old FORTRESS AMERICA concept, alright by me, though I believe it to be a big mistake but frankly I am tiring of solving and being involved in the WORLDS PROBLEMS.
Maybe we need to draw a line from the Artic to the Antartic in the center of the Pacific and Atlantic oceans and saying THIS IS OURS the rest of you STAY HOME and leave us alone.
Will mean a lower standard of living for all of us but WHAT THE HECK. jdn
