Morgan Stanley Dean Witter initiated coverage on July 9th with a 6 month target price of $48/share and a long term target (18 to 24 mo) of $65/share. In the briefing note, MS states the primary driver of the company's impressive earnings growth will be the repricing of 21 of the company's 26 offshore rigs over the next 12-24 months.
