actually, i think bush did the best he could - which is even more scary than negligence. i just heard a quote from bush similar to... "of course we all know the levies have to be secured. we know people won't move back until they feel safe. we're prepared to spend what it takes." talk about a day late and several hundred billion dollars short. the irony is that he said with his "we aren't dumb" tone. uh, you didn't know it when it counted... any moron knows it now... which explains why he now knows it! i think bush is an unusual sociopath. usually they are intelligent. ps - i guess my phones are tapped now! -ng- pss - i guess homeland security will be contacting me next time i pay off a big bill. psss - i guess my name has now been added to the no fly list... pssss - maybe they are searching my home right now.
