"They will "blink"... and negotiate a deal... and try to continue their program in secret." They blink only if they take our threat seriously and if it is supported by their "customers" and Western Europe. There may be a split between mullahs and new president over the blink. In that fight we do have a dog and it isnt president lunatic. Can you imagine US and mullahs on same side.
