I am certainly open to any ideas.

Your scenario is very plausible given Buying Power on the Demand side has been falling since last summer 2005.

Renewed Buying Power would throw MOST EVERYONE off base.

For the market to do my bidding, this set-up would be my ideal count as very few would participate in the rally.
