Hi Tim, copied some info from the news release below regarding Mr. Stanger's career experience:

Stanger is Director, Business Development and Investments for Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq:MSFT). He will replace and serve the remainder of the Board term of Daniel Rosen, also of Microsoft. ``We are extremely pleased to add Greg to our Board of Directors,'' said Michael E. Kolowich, Individual's chairman, president and CEO. ``Greg brings with him a strong, relevant background with a particular emphasis on high-technology financial discipline. His broad understanding of Microsoft will facilitate the working relationship between the two companies.'' Stanger, who joined Microsoft in 1991 after spending three years in investment banking with Paine Webber in New York, brings a wide range of experience including negotiation and execution of acquisitions, equity investments, divestitures and strategic partnerships. Stanger, age 33, earned a BA in economics from Williams College and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. In addition to his roles with Microsoft and Individual, Stanger is also director of two private companies and one joint venture.

You could try to read between the lines. IMHO thought interest might come from a news or its parent company. But just speculating....

OFF TOPIC - have any experience or thoughts on RMDY? THX..
