Your timeline sounds fantastic to anyone not familiar with this company but is right on target. As far as risk, I look at it this way: Most people think of BB companies, including myself, as being very high risk. This is the ONLY BB company I have invested in for about 6 years. USWDA has already received a buy-out offer at a price that would make current investors money but management, understandably, has turned it down. That says a lot about where this company (and stock) is going. If the insiders just wanted to make a fast buck, they would sell out now and take their millions to the next venture. They expect that the value will grow in just a couple of years to several times the current price so it would be foolish to sell the company now. The fact that they already have a couple of buy-out and joint venture proposals that have been offered says that the insiders believe in the future of the company.
