EENT Announces Endorsement by XM Radio Personality Bill Mack

PLANO, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/09/06 --

Energy & Engine Technology Corporation [EENT] , a leading developer of auxiliary power generators for the long haul trucking industry, today announced that its AXP 1000 product has been endorsed by Bill Mack, the popular country broadcasting personality, as his APU of choice for long haul trucks. Mack hosts the "Bill Mack Show" which airs from 12 PM to 4 PM daily on XM Radio's Open Road Channel 171, with a rebroadcast each day from 8 PM to Midnight (all times are Eastern Time). The endorsement was broadcast during Mack's show on Friday, February 10, on which Will McAndrew, EENT's CEO, was a live guest and spent the better part of an hour chatting with Mack about the AXP 1000 and EENT. In the past few days, EENT's CEO has worked out a deal with Bill Mack for a six-month sponsorship to include advertising spots to be voiced over by Bill Mack.

Mack has had a long career in country music songwriting and radio and television broadcasting and is known as the "Satellite Cowboy." Bill has been closely associated with the truckers and millions of other listeners via his radio programs out of the Fort Worth-Dallas Metroplex since 1969, broadcasting during the wee hours of the morning and keeping the world company with his music and chit-chat that has allowed him to be featured in more publications and to win more awards than any other country music DJ in the world.

Bill was recently inducted into the TEXAS COUNTRY MUSIC HALL-of-FAME, the TEXAS COUNTRY DISK JOCKEY HALL-of--FAME, and THE TEXAS RADIO HALL-of-FAME. As a songwriter, Bill Mack received a Grammy for his composition "BLUE," recorded by LeAnn Rimes, after "BLUE" was voted the Country Song-of-the-Year, in 1996. Later, "BLUE" was honored as being among "THE ONE-HUNDRED GREATEST COUNTRY SONGS OF-ALL-TIME" (CMT, Nashville). Bill's compositions have been recorded by over one hundred artists, including Dean Martin, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Conway Twitty, Jerry Lee Lewis, and dozens of others.

In discussing the AXP 1000, Bill Mack stated: "My decision to endorse AXP 1000 came very easy for me. It is a great and needed product. Many truckers brought it to my attention, calling it a 'super winner!' I am also sold on the people behind AXP 1000. Great product... good people: the perfect combination."

EENT's CEO stated that, "EENT is proud to have Bill Mack behind its product. Bill is one of the radio personalities who best reaches the trucking audience, and he is well regarded by his audience. His interest in our product is a great boost to our product's credibility and helps our ability to use our product to help the truckers save money and cut down on the pollution caused by idling trucks."
