What DD should be done on a REG-S stock who sold off in desperation its shareholders leaving them without protection. IR when asked this question sits SPEACHLESS. What DD can be done about a stock that has no liquidity if you want to sell 10,000 shares it is like spilling water on a paper floor. the bottom is the end there are no buyers. What DD can be done to prevent management from issuing the next batch of REG-S. What DD can be done when you see that the CEO was part of the josephtal firm who underwrote the stock. What DD can be done to reccomend a company who is losing vast sums of money each quarter and is not expected to make any for a long time even if the supposedly Texas deal goes well. Where will the money needed for its use at the current burt rate be taken. What DD can be done by a company that is not FRANK with its shareholders. Always pushing the bingo date of the startup to the next quarter. What DD can be done when the potential market and potential profit are exagerated. Why are you hyping a DOG. Why do you want more people in your boat. Let the preffered holders keep their stinking shares at 50 cents and sweat it out. Why is the truth calling fire.
