Changing your vote because of them is. They bought access and probably a certain amount of influence. No way to easily prove whether there where any quid pro quos from either party unless they wrote it down or someone taped it. More Republicans were apparently involved and they got more of the money, but there was sleaze all around on this one. But going from sleaze to lawbreaking is a big step, and proving it is perhaps an even bigger one. Tim
