You're talking about the one who advocates for torture, for getting people to "talk now by using any means." 60 Minutes aired a segment last weekend: ... of open accusations ...against the Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld for authorizing torture resulting in the deaths of detainees such as Habibullah and Dilawar (both innocent btw), delivered by a former high-level military and government official, ought to occasion outrage, as well as calls for criminal charges to be laid. Further, Colin Powell was said to be outraged. He called Rummy and screamed at him over the phone...so you tell me, is Rumsfeld for killing people...the answer is probably he doesn't care.
