How can they stand carrying all that weight around in the heat?

Gulf Arab's don't do labor, they import Indians, Pakistanis, Afghanis and Philippinos to do that. They don't even work in malls or in fast food when they are young. I think that type of work is considered socially below them, even for their 16 year olds.
