I was on vacation in Cabos San Lucas the other week and there was nothing more ludicrous looking that these guys carrying around these monstrous lap tops looking for a good signal. Then when they found the good signal they would spend very little time typing. The point being that for updating and staying abreast of whatever the laptop is over-kill as far as a portable device is concerned. It's guys like Rubin who can't think out of the box.
