I do not know when any options are issued but I would expect them to wait for a downturn on the share price. It looks like the newbies are experiencing PYT at its best. They might now understand 'yes great company but terrible management'. I believe Mikey doesn't even consider his escow shares anymore as they are a one time deal and the revolving door to riches is eternal. Wonder when they will find the NEW ceo.......ok ok I am just kidding we all know they already picked an insider.

Here is the latest for options with only 20K coming due and cheap arse price it is another year before the price has to be run up

Outstanding Share Data
The Company has one class of common shares. As at December 31, 2005, there were 13,631,583 common shares issued and outstanding. As at December 31, 2005, there were no Warrants outstanding. On January 27, 2005, 187,500 warrants at $0.26 were exercised, for cash proceeds of $48,750 to the company.
The balance of 522,500 Warrants expired on January 27, 2005.
As at December 31, 2005 the Company has granted a total of 1,050,000 incentive stock options under its Stock Option Plan to its directors, officers and employees to purchase
common shares. To date 445,000 were exercised, 50,000 were cancelled, and 305,000 have expired. Total stock options outstanding as of December 31, 2005 were 250,000. The
exercise price of 20,000 shares is $0.20 per share and the exercise price of 230,000 shares is $0.75 per share. 20,000 options expire on February 7, 2006; 80,000 options expire on
August 3, 2007 and 150,000 options expire on October 12, 2007.
