08:38 NSM National Semi: Credit Suisse comments on quarter (27.18 ) -Update-

Credit Suisse notes that as largely expected, NSM reported significant upside in Q3 results. They say results and mgmt commentary suggesting slowing order growth, record GM, falling incremental margin, below seasonal growth guidance, and double digit increases in inventory and receivables will likely spook a lot of investors into believing the NSM turn around story is all but over. Firm does agree NSM is early in its product expansion story, but question if early gains can be sustained as volumes get bigger and incremental growth harder.
