Value vs Technical:

The strict definition of "value" stock is "a stock which earnings per share are expected to grow at a slower-than-average rate in the future" ie. a low p/e ratio. A "looser" term may by a stock with strong fundamentals. In IPIC's case, products in the pipeline which the market is undervaluing their potential or lawsuits which the market is over-reacting to.

I'm sure not all the purchases of so-called "value" investors have low p/e's. In many cases they probably had negative p/e's (eg Chrysler).

As a IPIC holder I'm a lot more concerned about "fundamentals", the impact of the lawsuits, the drugs in the pipeline etc. If you wish to try to disprove financial theory with "charting", all the best.
