Your original claim was that "Christianity has a far bloodier history than Islam."

If you go back far enough, the record on Christianity is mixed. On the whole, evidence indicates that Christianity has been a positive influence where predominant. The occasional whacko does not alter that fact.

I'd suspect your statement reflects a deficient indoctrination, not at all uncommon.
