Taxpayers will be paying tax bills in April and this is generally a lic. to suppress price......beyond that, event risk on Iran is high. The market is way undervalued in my view. Short interest is at record levels, gross supply of stock is declining.......trade systems have big buckets waiting for Event risks to materialize, everyone has the same goal....gather value on fear or need based selling, these are the two prevailing system metrics at work in the here and now.
