Even CYBERKEN can be wrong once in 100,000 times, Fortunately, unlike you anti-American sewer rats, CYBERKEN is almost NEVER wrong, and immediately corrects it any time he is.
When else was CYBERKEN wrong? In his criticism of the USSC upholding the idiotic Campaign Finance "Reform" bill.
As it turns out (as CYBERKEN recently pointed out) the argument that the preservation of organizations like 527's was the key for the Court. If the parties wanted to screw themselves out of sheer stupidity (which pretty-well describes any campaign finance "reform" ever passed) they could do so, as long as the First Amendment was preserved, for the 527's.
And given the "stupidity money" that left wing 527's drained off from the anti-Americans in 2004, it's all a significant improvement over, say, a Republican party that uses the money to sponsor Arlen Specter, Susan Collins, Mad Cow McCain, etc. for re-election... |
