"South Africa and Ireland.

New Zealand and India (assuming we call India English speaking)

Jamaica and Australia."

First Indians may speak English but it is hardly English speaking. India's national language is Hindi. English is classified as an Associate Official Language.

South Africa:
Has 11 official languages. English is only one of them,
The eleven official languages are:
Afrikaans, English, IsiNdebele, IsiXhosa, IsiZulu, Northern Sotho, Sesotho, Setswana, SiSwati, Tshivenda, Xitsonga. The most common is Afrikaans.

As for Jamaica and Australia, they both are aligned with the USA.

In point of fact none of the countries you mentioned are at jaugernauts with any of the others.

You could probably extend and say that there are no countries which have languages that are of Germanic origin that are not aligned in one way or another.
