D.E. Shetland, Costs Don't know but you could call the company at 1-612-514-4000 and ask. Did you hear that they have stopped all implants of their defibrillators until November? Problem with the charging unit. No one has been hurt. This was in the news yesterday, 9-17-97. They say it is a minor problem which they have already solved. They are not being sold in the U.S. yet anyway but they will be soon. Should be a huge seller for them. Peace, Dennis
