Viagra has been usefull in some patients but not all. Muse has a similar response rate. I think that the key thing to remember is that whn you come to me at this time (I am a urologist) that when I offer you Treatment options an intra uretheral pellet is better than a needle. when an oral agent is availabe more men will enter into treatment programs for impotence, Thus all markets will increse.
