Buying into a Private Placement is not dilutive. Anyone interested should contact the HQ for information. A number of the old Longs did that 8+ months ago, and that's how bringing the 5 current wells online was funded. Now they have oil revenue coming in. Those are Form-144 Restricted "..already-issued.." company treasury shares that you will have to hold for a year. No S-8 was required. The company is simply giving up some of their down-the-road gains for some non-interest bearing development capital right now. I personally think it's a great deal for the non-flippers. John :-) .
