Man can't you libs do anything for yourselfs

Bush volunteered to be the Govt. He has no business to get into Govt. and then say that he will not discharge his duties of a Govt. We taxpayers have paid for FEMA. Why is it he maintains FEMA and then comes and tells us that we need to do it for ourselves. Explain FEMA's and Homeland Security's role. WAS HOMELAND SECURITY SLEEPING DURING THE PORTS DEAL? wHAT WERE THEY DOING.
