Tex, ...I think you may have short changed yourself on RSHN. ..There's a lot more to this story than has been told to date, based on my 'many' years of experience planning, designing, installing and upgrading these kinds of equipment and related systems for major food & beverage companies. They are buying those new flash pasteurizers for a reason. And, that will result in having to buy and install new fillers, labelers or pre-labeled packaging, additional cartoning and/or case packing equipment, stretch-wrappers, automatic palletizers, new conveyors, etc., etc. Nobody goes to all that expense and hassle unless there is a verifiable demand pushing the expansion. Production quality, food-grade equipment is all stainless steel ($$$). This is not an 'el-Cheapo' variety of "..Mom & Pop's Fruit Juice Shoppe.." operation. Unless you still have super MegaOodles of free tickets, I'd look for a dip and get back in.... John :-) .
