Tomorrow should be a good pop and provide a good entry point for shorting this stock (or early Monday based on the price action), the closer it goes to 40 better it is because it will go back to at least 35 if not 32.
The best response ASND could come up with was releasing NTT news that was known before, ASND will unlikely hold 40 much less move up from there if it ever goes there in the near term so the short will not be a risky one until the earnings are out.
