John Kerry would have won the VietNam war all by himself if he hadn't been stabbed in the back by fellow swift boat officers. He was making the other swift boat skippers and his superiors look so incompetent, they put in for purple hearts for him for minor cuts which Kerry didn't even notice. Then when he'd been awarded 3 purple hearts without his knowledge, they used a little known Navy policy to force him home early against his will.

He was outraged at being stabbed in the back like this but what could he do?

Orders were orders.

Once John Kerry drove the VC completely out of VietNam and into a neighboring country. He'd have driven them into yet a third country but his fuel ran low. The Bush administration knows Osama's exact location in the mountains of eastern Pakistan but keeps it a secret for fear that if John Kerry learns the location he'll travel to Pakistan in his Italian speedboat, invade and fight his way from a beachhead into the mountains, not stopping till he's
killed Osama single-handed.

They know if they let that happen, Kerry would be unstoppable politically.
