Roger- I think ZITL may move briefly as high as 28 or 30 tomorrow with a squeeze play but do not expect a close more than 26 or so. I could be way off because of the options effect, but I don't expect this "rebound" to have any legs. Quarter is nearing an end and once again I believe we will see losses and zero from Y2K business. In general, the Y2Ks have been lagging the techs and small caps recently and one wonders how patient longs will be. I also wonder what the true relationship is between Matridigm and ZITL, in light of your points and the well publicized "return" to their (ZITL'S) core business with the previous acquisitions.

Best Wishes

Timoteo
