CJ, It probably has a lot to do with there only being one clinic that does abortions in the state.

Maybe the rest of them just resort to coat hangers? That can't be, given that the rate of miscarriage is the same in South Dakota as the rest of the nation.

Or maybe a lot of "unauthorized" abortions just aren't being reported.
