Don, that is a buy signal on that VTO RSI(5) System. investorshub.com There are some good reasons to think we will see an attempt for the market to rally back now. For starters the volume was pretty healthy on Friday for the QQQQ and SMH. But ultimately this looks like one of those times that the market heads lower before finding a firm bottom to me. Just like the put to call ratio needing to be really high on its 10 day sma (no buy signal there yet) the QQQQ and SMH will put in stronger bottoms coming off a lower RSI reading. RtS
