Oh, riiiiiighhht. This time he will announce "I have a plan" in an even louder and more sonorous voice.

John Kerry has no ability to see himeself as others see him, that much is clear. I'm sure he thinks his stature was enhanced by the 2004 campaign. A campaign in which his most ardent supporters plainly didn't like him much.
