But I find it particularly ironic that the guy Reagan supported in 1985 is now Hitler incarnate to Bush. "Supported" in the sense of not wanting Iraq to lose to Iran. Why didn't he want a ruthless dictator like Saddam to lose to Iran? That doesn't show any real connection to or good feeling for Saddam. I would hope he didn't have a "good feeling" about Saddam. Then I would be really afraid of Republicans.
