Because it seems unlikely to me you two dimensional "flatist" inhabitants could have any of that stuff mostly carried in the 3rd dimension.

I think you may be mistaken. Shortie said there was a study done in the UK that said there was no negative impact from passive smoking. Hence, my study from Luxembourg.
