We either profile them or we don't.........this kind of selectivity is dangerous and hypocritical.

I agree, and I think most Americans would agree with us that Profiling and any other reasonable method should be used in determining who is a terrorist and who isnt.
The Port thing was a business deal, instead of zeroing in on Port Security the lily livered cowards of the Congress and the hysterical media (bent only on discrediting the Bush Administration) probably threw out the baby with the bath water. Now all the securitiy improvements they promised TO PAY FOR likely will not be done as its very UNLIKELY the next company will have the desire or the means to do so. jdn
