I've read that Murphy is widely respected as a Tech Analyst, though the stuff itself is typically ridiculed. I've seen it work well, so long as overall market conditions don't change - best recent example is the "dead cat bounce" of April/May in tech stocks, which roared off from there and didn't look back. But if market dynamics change from outside influence, all bets are off. Looks like I've got a second book to order... Randy
