This description fits him: He attempts to create confusion on the boards by distracting other posters with name calling and pointless arguments. The idea was to make sure no serious discussion of the president could take place. To prevent him from being paid, do not respond, since he gets bonuses for replies to his drivel. Personally, I'd like to see him fail to continue earning his living.
