The faggy little lawyers they like to interview in our media just don't comprehend this--- It's as good a place to START taking our country and our liberty BACK from the Imperial Judiciary as any: IF A JUDGE allows Zacarias Moussaoui to escape death for ANY reason, that judge should be impeached and run out of office forever, while Moussaoui gets a bullet in the brain and a shallow grave... foxnews.com The responsibility to kill this 19th hijacker is ON THE JUDGE, not on the prosecution. The Imperial Judiciary took ownership of this critical task when they arrogantly grabbed this case away from the normal war time justice system. Either the judge does his duty or, if he can't figure it out, we send him back to his day job...
