Obviously none of us has inside info. I sure don't. But it seems to me the anticipated price reduction is what prompted Intel's 11% reduction of revenue and 4-pt reduction in gross margin from q4-'05 to q1-'06.

I just find it impossible that Dell would accept to pay 50% higher prices than H-P. Or that H-P would accept paying Intel 50% higher price than they pay AMD.
