weird... It is like Intel selling many of its factories and sending you the money. Would you invest $10,000 of taxable money knowing a good portion would be returned to you AND Uncle Sam would want 15% and Uncle Arnold in Kalifornia would take an additional 9.3%? Maybe it is the Dubai "Largest Building in the World" effect calling for a top in oil prices for a decade? Or trying to buy our ports was like Japan buying Pebble Beach and Radio City Music Hall?
