Checking every builder, it appears "immediate move in", "homes available now" etc are new pages on their websites. beazer.com Houston. meritagehomes-phx.com click on current inventory. In the mean time, I just heard David Lerach on cnbc saying soft landing is right on track. The MBAA guy was mouthing exactly the same thing. What do you suppose they mean by soft landing?
