I'm afraid it's much more than 10%. From what the analysts are saying and if these reports have any truth in them is more like 20-30% price cuts.

"Early this year, intc cut highend cpu price. the cut extended to low end as well.
Q1 is seasonal for both NB and MB.
intc offers 20-30% discount to big OEMs and upto 50% to Dell.
expect crossboard system price cut soon."
