Now, if you watch the news, you can see that my conjecture is getting a bit of airtime. And, questions are being asked about the lawyers having a great time on an unlimited budget playing legal games for years, until judges and accused die in the process. That's carrying due process to absurd lengths.

The whole of WWII was fought in the time it would have taken the court to figure out whether Milosevic committed crimes.

It doesn't seem likely that he was murdered. But I wouldn't exclude that either. It seems more likely that it was either his strategy or he simply got it wrong, or the doctors did, or it was a combination of bad medicine, bad body, and bad decisions by Milosevic.
