guy had a knife in middle of divided highway broad day light in country area no people around surrounded by cops. there are other alternatives than shooting a guy twice. they could have hit him with a bean bag gun , rubber bullets. it seems when you have several cops with guns drawn the guy is not going anywhere and you should have an alternitive to take a person down other than killing him.
